CTRL+ALT+LOVE

TPM

We officially kicked off CTRL+ALT+LOVE in Vilnius, Lithuania, bringing together partners from across Europe! The meeting focused on developing practical tools and methods to help young people explore personal growth, decision-making and healthy relationships in a safe and inclusive way. Partners shared experiences, discussed approaches to sensitive topics, and refined the project’s toolkit and Play Cards to make them practical, accessible and adaptable.

Co-creation workshop

During the co-creation workshop, young people explored consent, respecting personal boundaries, recognising pressure and manipulation, and how to respond when someone’s boundaries are crossed. Participants discussed real-life situations and shared ideas on how to make these topics clear and relatable for their peers. Their feedback will help shape the project’s educational resources around the real experiences and challenges young people face.

Focus Group

As part of the CTRL+ALT+LOVE project, we organised focus groups with young people aged 15–19 to hear their opinions, experiences and perspectives on relationships and the digital world. During the discussions, participants shared how they navigate online spaces, the challenges they face, and the information and support they need. Through these sessions, we were able to better understand young people’s experiences in digital environments, identify gaps in knowledge and unmet needs, explore emotional and social challenges, and gather valuable ideas that will help shape the next project activities.
